Eric Baker is principal of Eric Baker Design, he is also an author and adjunct professor of graphic design at the School of Visual Arts in New York. A two-time recipient of the National Endowment for the Arts Design Grant for his independent design history projects, his work has appeared in The New York Times, Vanity Fair, Domus, Communication Arts, Graphis, Print, ID Magazine, The New York Art Directors Annual and British Design and Art Direction.
He is inveterate collector of books and ephemera and curated the "Today" column, which appeared on Design Observer for several years.
